Our version

Shortbread brings the butter, caramel brings the indulgence and Quillabamba chocolate brings depth. We finish it with coarse Maras salt: when it hits against the chocolate and caramel, it cuts the sweetness and pulls everything back into balance.

Britain is more than England

We also like reminding ourselves that the United Kingdom does not stop at England. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland belong at the table too, and classics from different parts of the country appear across the menu and in specials.
