Our whole cakes in Lima bring together British recipes and Gay Baker favourites. If you want a serious chocolate cake, London Blackout is our most intense; depending on the current selection, you will also find Carrot Cake, Victoria Sponge, cheesecakes and tarts.

These are our recipes and designs — we do not make fully bespoke themed cakes. Where the design allows, we can add a message with notice.

BEFORE COLLECTION

How far ahead should you order a cake?

Minimum 48 hours.

Orders are taken with at least 48 hours’ notice. Shorter notice is accepted only when the store expressly authorises it and confirms availability.

Choose collection

Order by WhatsApp or directly in the location where you want to collect: Surquillo or Miraflores.

Payment

Yape, bank transfer or card payment link.

Cake message

Where the design allows, we can add a written message. Request it when placing the order with the minimum 48-hour notice.

Transport & chilling

Collect by car or taxi; avoid motorbikes. Refrigerate on arrival and take it out around 30 minutes before serving.

In summer, an air-conditioned car or taxi helps protect the cake in transit.
